Quality Assurance/Quality Control:

A product cannot be delivered complete if the quality control measures have not been put in place for production. China Manufacturing Direct has our own Quality Assurance / Quality Control staff in China that is responsible for overseeing all of our factories and their quality control procedures.

The China Manufacturing Direct factories are ISO 9001 Certified. We also work together with Third Party Testing labs such as ACTS and STR to make certain all products are being tested per the written Quality Assurance Plans that follow the customers' requirements.

China Manufacturing Direct has Quality Assurance Plans in place at every factory for each manufactured product line. This methodical quality control structure ensures that every worker in the factory is aware of the manufacturing guidelines for each product.

Our testing procedures address each aspect of production: from the in-coming raw materials at the factory and the pre-production samples to the continuation of testing throughout production and the pre-shipment inspection prior to freight departure.
